Alterations – Nelson City
We used M2 Build for a renovation and extension to our house in 2013. When Shane visited before quoting for the job, we were impressed with his manner and evident respect for our property. Happily, his quote was competitive and he was able to take on the work.
During the course of the work, we were really impressed by the way in which the site was managed by Duane, the Foreman; the work of the team; and by Shane’s regular and timely communication. The M2 Build team have been both friendly and professional.
The quality of M2 Build’s work, and management of subcontractor’s work was good, and the work was completed within the required timeframe. Where extra cost was necessary, Shane always properly explained the reasons – and had previously warned us of the possibility of extra costs.
We have also been very impressed with the way in which Shane and the M2 Build team has dealt with issues arising during the maintenance period.After the renovation and extension work was completed, M2 Build returned to build a fence and some gates. As with the renovation and extension, we have been very happy with this work.
We would happily use M2 Build again, and would recommend the team. In fact, M2 Build is now doing some renovation work for close relations.
