For a number of years we had looked at extending our living and lounge areas coupled with the ability to have a seamless indoor outdoor flow.
We commenced the process with an architect “Simon Hall” and had a strong brief. One of the key elements was to continue the detail of the existing dwelling and extend the symmetry of the floor plan.
From the outset, Shane McBride and his M2 Build team impressed us by establishing a great communication style, detailed analysis of the tender document backed up by positive questions and suggestions.
Following M2 Build being successful in winning the tender, we were supplied with a clear project time line, Shane managed all the sub-contractors, product suppliers and TDC building inspectors professionally and in our best interests. Shane also communicated closely with our architect to add value to the complex detail within the alterations.
Most importantly, the M2 Build team delivered a high quality finish, on time and on budget.
The completed projected has unlocked the potential of the dwelling and property and given our family a great daily living experience.
